About Ashleigh

Starting therapy can be daunting.

I don’t expect you to share everything about yourself while not knowing a single thing about me…

  • I love reading, knitting, music, true crime podcasts, grocery shopping by myself, and reality television.

  • My pronouns are she/her/hers.

  • I’m a mom and a military spouse.

One of my greatest professional joys is watching my clients (and their children) grow and progress through their mental health journeys. I strive to help women find balance in their lives and reduce the unnecessary guilt that can take over when plans go awry. Together we can break through unrealistic expectations that society (or even our own families) place on us and find what is most effective for our every day lives.
