Some of the issues I treat are: anxiety, depression, stress management, and maternal mental health (both perinatal and postpartum anxiety/depression.)

I work with women experiencing: motherhood, high stress levels, low self-esteem, trauma, burnout, challenging transitions, and poor support systems.

Motherhood is never what we expected. Its an amazing journey but so hard at the same time. It seems like the other moms have it together on social media and maybe you’re wondering why you don’t feel the way everyone else seems to about parenting. You don’t have to suffer in silence.

Online Counseling

Online counseling is just as effective as in-person counseling and many insurances cover telehealth. You have a very busy life and your time is precious. We can meet in any private space-- whether that is your car, living room, or office. No need to allow for travel time or find childcare for your children.

Trauma

Whether a traumatic event occurred recently or in your past, you never anticipated experiencing trauma. Utilizing trauma informed practices, we can work through symptoms you are experiencing and regain feelings of safety.

Stress & Burnout

Stress levels are at an all-time high which also means women are experiencing symptoms of burnout at much greater rates. Increasing self-care isn’t a magical cure-all but time for yourself is so important. Together we can find what truly speaks to you and sustains you.
